Saga part 2 (last part!)

    The medication was denied by insurance and more hoops had to be jumped through to get it to me. But it was Friday and everything was closed so I had to just wait until MONDAY. I had Monday in my heart and I thought if I could just make it until then, I'd finally have my medication.

    Monday rolled around and I was still waiting to hear back from the Gastroenterologists office about the insurance documentation. Then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday... You guys get the picture. 

    Insurance company and my GE finally settled on everything so I thought, FINALLY, medication and hopefully relief! 

    But not before I had to go into the Emergency Department for some fluids for dehydration. That was 4.5 hours of my life, poking and prodding and questions that are hard to answer. 

    Let me throw in, I hate insurance companies, they're a whole scam.

    Anyway, at this point it's Friday and the pharmacy told me they'd have my medication today! So I call and guess what...just guess...

    "WE DIDN'T ORDER YOUR MEDICATION BECAUSE WE CAN'T."

    WHATTTTTTT?! You're a pharmacy that CAN'T order my medication?! 

    They say, "There's no Rite Aid within 100 miles that has this medication"

Cool.. COOOL! Just another thing I have to deal with.

    So NOW, I am on the hunt for medication. A pharmacy that can get it. Only prolonging my seemingly never-ending torture. 

    I am out of hope and running very low on patience. I am weak from eating barely anything and so tired, both physically and of feeling like shit. 

    So that's where I am in this very moment. waiting to hear back from pharmacies. I don't have any relief as of yet and the only thing holding me together is, well nothing at this point. But I'm fighting on, that's the only thing that matters!
