Plant based!
I started by roasting some bell peppers, onions and tomatoes from my garden! I topped them with vegan butter, fresh frozen garlic with olive oil, everything seasoning, pink salt and pepper! Roasted them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350!
When I took them out, I added them to my blender, added in around 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk and blended until smooth!
Then I added in some vegan cheese and cream cheese and simmered it over a medium hot heat while my fresh homemade gluten free pasta boiled!
Here's the final result!
