Homemade pasta!

    I spent today making homemade everything pasta! GF/DF! It's getting easier and easier! Working with gluten free dough is a lot tricker than working with regular, it's drier and, "crumbly" So this time I added an extra egg, then I ran out of flour and didn't realize I hadn't bought another bag! Sooooo, it was extra difficult this time, but it was user error! 

    Nevertheless, the meal turned out delicious! I did a Vegan cream sauce with soy "burger" and spinach! With some vegan mozzarella and cream cheese and a little unsweetened almond milk to thin it all out!

    I'm getting more and more confident with the idea of making homemade pastas and making them vegan!
