Migraine breakdown...

     All day long yesterday I'd had a dull headache, I also slept wrong and have a kinked neck and shoulder! After the game, my headache hit like a shit ton of bricks! I think it was a combination of a few things:

👉 Lack of caffeine  I cut WAYYYY back but still allow myself a little during the day for functioning purposes!

👉 Lack of food. Listen, I forget to eat like any other person!

👉 ALLERGIES! My allergies have been going absolutely insane lately and whenever I'm outside, I get stuffy, plugged ears, sneezy and a drippy nose!

👉 History of migraines!

👉 I have super sensitive eyes in the sunlight, so when I'm not wearing sunglasses for any time outside when it's bright AF, I get bad headaches that often turn into migraines! 

    If you've never had one, I hope you thank your lucky stars! Because it takes me down for two days. TWO days you ask?! (It's different for everyone!) But for me it's two:

👉 Day 1: The actual migraine: Nausea, diarrhea, feeling like I'm going to vomit, shivers, pretty much stomach flu symptoms and a pain in my head and neck that I can't explain!

👉 Day 2: Recovery: It takes SO much out of you when you are feeling like every single fiber in your body is being attacked. 

    After all of that, I still have to take precautions so I don't get one two days in a row. Dark room, limited screen time, easy on the stomach foods and Tylenol. 

    Needless to say, today I am freakin'exhausted! So I am off to rest!
