Sunday...
I've already talked about how tired I have been feeling lately! It's my body detoxing from gluten and dairy. They say it takes roughly 10 days for it to pass through your system and 2 weeks up to 2 years (or longer, depending on your body) for your insides to HEAL.
I am in for a long, hopefully not rough road. I am hoping that I caught it in enough time to make a difference in healing time.
I've been doing my absolute best to find great options and still eat healthy. But my main focus as of right now is eating in general. I don't have much of an appetite and most times I eat and feel queasy. Slowly but surely, that's getting better though.
I ordered a Blendjet 2 just moments ago and I am SO excited! Getting protein in lately is hard so protein shakes is where i'll be living! It's a rechargeable, portable, self cleaning blender that's the perfect size for a great smoothie, shake, blended latte etc!
I'll be able to take it where ever, if i'm out and about, I can just stop at a fast food place ask for some ice and bam! Easy peasy!
I feel like things are starting to make more sense. The fight isn't over, the tests aren't done just yet, but I am feeling a little more confident that we'll hopefully find a solution.

OH and side note, I ate my first salad in a literal month today and let me tell you it was freakin' DELISH! My stomach enjoyed it!
My bowels however?! Can we say, "SALAD SHOOTER!?" 😹😹😹😹
