    Do you struggle with coming up with dinner recipes?! 

    I LOVE being in the kitchen and creating new, fun recipes that aren’t terrible for you and are delicious! 

    But I ALWAYS love good suggestions! So please drop some delicious dinners down below!

    This is dinner tonight: white chicken chili! 




    Also, adulthood is weird.You just buy cool shit, cook recipes and then share them on the internet 😹

I’m okay with this phase in my life!😇


Here's the recipe! 

  • 1 can of Green chilies (spicy if you like!)
  • 32 oz of Low sodium chicken stock 
  • 2 cans of White beans or your choice
  • 2 celery stalks 
  • 1/2 a white onion 
  • 1 can of corn 
  • 2-3 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese 
  • 1 cup of almond milk 
  • 2-3 tablespoons of thickener of choice. 
  • 3 cooked/shredded chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese 
    All cooked in the crock pot on medium heat for 4-6 hours. 

 

Topped with:

  • Low fat sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Tortilla strips 
  • Green onion 

    Depending on your portions it’s only about 260-290 calories per serving. SO easy and delicious!
