I LOVE being in the kitchen and creating new, fun recipes that aren’t terrible for you and are delicious!
But I ALWAYS love good suggestions! So please drop some delicious dinners down below!
This is dinner tonight: white chicken chili!
Also, adulthood is weird.You just buy cool shit, cook recipes and then share them on the internet 😹
I’m okay with this phase in my life!😇
Here's the recipe!
- 1 can of Green chilies (spicy if you like!)
- 32 oz of Low sodium chicken stock
- 2 cans of White beans or your choice
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 a white onion
- 1 can of corn
- 2-3 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2-3 tablespoons of thickener of choice.
- 3 cooked/shredded chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Topped with:
- Low fat sour cream
- Guacamole
- Tortilla strips
- Green onion
Depending on your portions it’s only about 260-290 calories per serving. SO easy and delicious!
