Banana bread "cookie dough" or hotcakes!

 


    I chose to turn mine into hot cakes, my sister left hers as dough! The recipe is SO easy and packed with protein!

Here's what you need:

  • 1 small banana 
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 a scoop (or whole) of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (or however much you like)
  • 1 packet or 1 teaspoon of stevia or light brown sugar
  • sugar free chocolate chips (as many as you'd like! I used Lily's)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of quick oats

    Smash your banana with your vanilla and sugar. Then add your powdered peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon and quick oats and mix until completely combined. 

    Then you can either eat it just like that with some apples or by itself! I chose to toss mine in my little mini Dash grill pan to make hotcakes! They took around 2 minutes (I left mine gooey and just slightly grilled!)

    Not only are these super easy with minimal ingredients and they're packed with protein and low on calories! All of my favorite things!
