To be continued...
If you’ve been following me for any period of time, you know that I have been on a weight loss journey.
You also know that because of that journey I had to have an emergency cholecystectomy. (Gallbladder removal)
Ever since that day, I have been on a brand NEW journey. Everything I thought I knew about nutrition I was going to quickly find out was absolutely wrong. Not wrong for everyone, just now wrong for me.
Did you know you can STILL have gallbladder attacks, even with NO gallbladder? No? Me neither!
But anyway, now that I know that tidbit of information, a lot makes sense.
Truthfully, lately. I have been extremely SICK! I don’t know which foods will make me feel sick both physically and emotionally.
Food does some weird things to you body, just saying!
My anxiety has been being triggered a lot lately and I have been feeling physically ill.
This is going to be TMI.... but the diarrhea has been fierce and neverending. I have been practically attached to the toilet for a month now. What goes in, definitely comes raging out.
Like I said, TMI! But this is my current reality.
I am drained, exhausted both physically and emotionally. I am at a loss at where to go from here.
I guess making a doctor appointment is my step one. After all of the dental stuff is over. (fillings, cleanings and whatever else I need that I’ve been neglecting for years since I didn’t have good insurance.) That’s another story for another time, affordable health care of ALL, no matter their income.
Now that i’ve got decent insurance, I am going to get all my dental stuff taken care of and then do a full physical at the doctors:
- Mammograms
- Bloodwork
- Etc!
Just to make sure that i’m in tip top shape. And so that I can ask questions about my irritable gallbladder body!
Since apparently, that’s a new thing!
Full disclosure, I eat really healthy. Watching calories and eating fruits, veggies, grains, appropriate carbs, great proteins, etc!
My body just hates everything I eat. SOOOOOO, like what do I eat?
I guess that’s the real question! To be continued...
XOXO
