Game Night!

 

Game Night:

 

    It’s been weeks since my last game night post! Because it’s been weeks since my last game night with my sister and brother in law. We love game nights, it’s an opportunity to step away from the monotony of the everyday and step into side jokes, fun games, competitive rivals, funny jokes, friendly razzing and almost always, GREAT FOOD! 

 

    I was in desperate need of some uncensored family game time! It’s always easy with my sister and brother in law! 

 

    I am SO tired of people trying to tell me who and what I am supposed to be.

    Everybody wants to you to stand up for yourself and speak your mind until what you stand up for and what you speak goes against what they feel you should feel and speak! 

 

    Since the start of the pandemic I have had people (in my family) speak very openly about how they think covid is a whole lie, covid tests give you cancer and that if you got the vaccine you’re a sheep...

 

    I am not going to get into anything that deep on here, but I’ve had enough! Then you have another family member who has the same beliefs as I do, DEFENDING the other member because she would protect him and defend him while she steps all over me! No questions asked. 

 

    I can’t even begin to describe all that I do for this person! Compared to the person she’s defending it’s leaps and bounds more. But in her eyes, none of that matters. 

 

    Anyway, I didn’t hop on to bitch! I hopped on to say how grateful I am for two people who invite me over on purpose, because they enjoy spending time with me. 

 

    Just because someone is your family doesn’t mean they love you and treat you the way you should be treated. Don’t be fooled and don’t allow yourself to be stepped all over! Keep speaking your mind and don’t be ashamed to stand up for yourself!
