Cooking Segment!

Cheesy verde cauli-rice: 

2 tbsbutter

3/4 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup chopped celery

2 cups cauliflower rice

1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

4oz canned green chilesdrained

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 heavy cream

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp granulated garlic

 

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter or grease an 8x8 pan and set aside.

    If using frozen cauliflower, add to a cheese cloth and squeeze the water out of the cauli! If using fresh cauliflower, no need! Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly

 

Steak of choice: Chili-lime edition! 

Marinade: 

2 TBS chili sauce of choice (I use g-hughs!) 

1 tsp of chili flakes

Zest from a whole lime

Lime juice from 1/2 lime!

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tsp of garlic (fresh!)

Salt and pepper to taste!

    Put that marinade in a bag and place your steak inside! Give it a good shake and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes! The longer you let it sit in those flavors, the better! 

    A cook it your preferred way of cooking! Grill, stove top, etc! And Enjoy!
