Focus on what's right in front of you!

I have been alive for 10,319 days.

I have been on this health journey for 380 days.

I have lost enough weight that equals about 200 times as heavy as a Human Heart! In other words, 135 pounds is 200 times the weight of a Human Heart, and the weight of a Human Heart is 0.01 times that amount. (human; adult) The average human heart weighs about 0.680 pounds. Each minute, the heart pumps between 10 and 20 liters (3 to 5 gallons) of blood through its chambers.

This is my 145th blog post! That is nearly 5 months! Damn, almost a half a year into this commitment!

I am a fully tarded adult still learning and growing through this process called life. (Anyone who tells you that they have it all together are liars!)

Your eyes blink around 20 times a minute. That’s over ten million times a year!

I am an INFJ and feel things REALLY differently than others.

I was diagnosed with a anxiety disorder.

I’m HIGHLY perceptive of other peoples feelings and I often times absorb others feelings and emotions.

I am a foodie, I love everything about it. the way it cooks/eats/grows/looks. It's all beautiful!

Here's an older illustration that is suiting for the day!

The point of today's blog was to point out that there are facts everywhere. If you only focus on what others say, you'll lose focus of the FACTS. What's real, what's been proven, what is right in FRONT of you! And the FACT of the matter is, YOU'VE CHANGEDGROWN, EVOLVED. If you compare the facts from last year to this year you might just be astonished to see what the changes are. People can’t discredit your FACTS, they can try, but remember they can only succeed if you let them!

Here’s what I want you to do today:

Make a list of last years facts and this years facts and see how much you differ from the person you were one year ago!

    I promise, it helps!
