Create, ignore, create, push to the side, create, repeat...

    I’ve been working on so many things creatively lately that I can hardly keep track of everything! I’ve got 100 projects that are 1/3- 1/2 finished with absolutely NO clue when they’ll get finished. Isn’t that how every single creatively inclined person works?! No? Just me? I’m a freak?! WHAT?! 

I’ve got:

• Fabric launches!
• Children’s books!
• Interior design projects!
• Novels!
• Illustrations for said books/novels!
• Illustrations in general!
• Overhauling my entire “chubby” girl wardrobe and replacing it with smaller sizes (yay but what a pain in the ass!)
• Marie Condo-ing my house... Mental and spacial clarity!

 

    And a whole laundry list of other projects that I have yet to finish! Speaking of, I DO have laundry to do! Goddamn! 

 

    The way my mind works is a mystery to me! I am both severely scatterbrained and overly organized which doesn’t make much sense unless you live in my brain! Which let me tell you, be glad that you don’t it’s a weird place to be! 

 

    Weird but so, so lovely! 

 

    Anyway, I am trying so hard to keep my focus on one project long enough to get a project done but again, I don’t work that way! I am a work on this here and there until eventually I finish it kind of gal. That doesn’t breed a ton of what most would call tons of productivity! But HEY, it keeps me so fricken busy! 

 

    Anyway, I’m off to go partially finish something and be completely dissatisfied with my progress until the next time I work on it and I say, “Wow, I’m actually pretty far into this, I’m killin’ it!”
