Got some creating done!
I feel accomplished! I feel like there’s always a million things to do in a day and never enough time! Anyone else feel me? I often tell myself to slow down and, “smell the roses!” I can’t stress enough that tasks will always be there but you, your mental clarity and your health wont.
Here's what I struggle with:
-Time management
-Mental health
-Stress
-Anxiety
-Social anxiety
-Being incredibly hard on myself
-Being so overwhelmed that I just stop and do nothing because it’s better then trying to figure out where to start
-Lists. There’s nothing else to say... lists are everything and when I don’t have them, I feel frazzled.
So that,“done” list might seem small to you, it’s HUGE for me! I consider myself an extremely scattered organized person. I have a severe need to feel like I am in control and I feel like it’s one of my toxic traits, but also it’s who I am and I have to stop trying change the quirky things about myself. Especially when those things are what make me who I am!
Lesson of the day: The things that make you uniquely you are things that have no business being changed, diluted or fabricated! Don’t let a single person tell you who to be in this life!
I refuse to dim my own light! Refusal isn't a form of resistance, it's a form of resilience!
XOXO
