Stop filling all the spaces.

    A whole week has passed and I’m still here! I’m pretty impressed with myself! 

    Today I’m committing to decluttering and minimizing! You don’t realize all that you accumulate when you’re just living life. There is  absolutely no need to have so much stuff!


    A lot of the time I think that our wants just overpower our common sense. I feel like if you buy 5 new books you need to donate or sell 5 old books (that goes with anything, I need to be better at doing it too!)Having things is great but there is a fine line between having things that are important to you and just having stuff.

    

   "Stuff," is what lays around unused and collecting dust. If you can't see yourself without it, it's important. If it doesn't bring you joy, it's no longer serving it's purpose, it should go. 


    I’m going to be following a simple plan everyday for an entire month(or longer!)getting rid of, selling and donating unnecessary things!


    I believe it will help clear my mental space and not only take away physical clutter but the internal clutter too! Sometimes it tears me apart having so many things that I don't need while others go without. 


    Today is going to be a short post because there isn’t much to say about it other then I’m eager to see how freeing it feels to minimize and be more organized!


    I want to also start cooking with less ingredients and try keeping things simple! I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 8 months now and I'm currently down 100 pounds! It feels amazing! I can’t wait until I achieve my main goal! It’s time for that to stop holding me back!
