Donut...

 

    Made some GF/DF glazed chocolate donuts just for the hell of it today! (these also freeze really well for easy breakfasts or treats later in the week/month!)

  

    On a side note:

    Do you remember where you were today?! I do. I was in class, when the news broke, I remember my teacher breaking down, she grabbed her phone and called her husband.

    Once she got off her brief phone call she asked us all to stop what we were doing (as if any of us didn't notice the mood change in the room or the fact that she was crying)

    She then proceeded to tell us the kid version of what had happened. Even though I was eight, I knew in my gut that it was something terrible and something that wouldn't soon be forgotten.
