Farmers market season!




    I went to the farmers market this morning for some fresh veggies and some amazing GF/V bread!  Then I used some of my finds to make a delicious dinner! Farmers market season is my favorite season!

    Mexican “street” taco bowls for dinner used my grill from my parents and it worked perfectly! I used some of my Farmers Market finds tonight! 🌽 🥩 🧀🧄🥑🍚
    I think that the gluten free/dairy free me is getting the hang of this! 💁🏻‍♀️
    I hope your Saturday was full of sunshine ☀️ , full of love and so peaceful!

    I am reminded of how blessed I am each and everyday! I have clean clothes, food on my table, a roof over my head, I woke up this morning, all of my loved ones are still here and I feel so thankful!

    All the obstacles I have been facing are just that, obstacles. I am strong enough and tough enough to face whatever this life throws at me!

    Which, I am hoping isn't much more! If I'm being honest!

  Listen, I’m in my cookie era! Here’s what I did! I made a double batch, scooped them and placed them on parchment paper to keep them separated. Placed them in freezer bags and then froze the second batch. That way I have chemical free cookies ready to take out of the freezer whenever I want and bake fresh! This way I can bake 2 if I want instead of making up a whole batch.

Adult Money...

Having access to adult money is ridiculous sometimes! Gets notification: “Your TV will be delivered Saturday!” Gets another notification: “Your remaining packages will be being delivered several a day until Christmas” Like okay, Siri! Thanks for reminding me of my inability to stick to the budget I created each week! I go over it by an offensive amount each week! What would you tell your former self if you had the chance?

So yesterday was all about confessions and today I am going to talk about what I wish I knew back then that I know now.   I have always thought the world was out to get me. If not the world, the people in my world. I haven ’t always had the easiest time and I have had some hard shit happen in my life; but who hasn’t?    Here’s a list of some of the things I've dealt with: 1.  Being an overweight child 2.  Having undiagnosed anxiety 3.  Being bullied 4.  Having literally no self confidence  5.  Being completely introverted   And h ere are the things I wish I could have said to myself back then :   Bullies:    It’s hard to even describe what it’s like to be bullied. Unless you’ve been there you just don’t know. My parents always made sure I had nice, name brand clothes and that I had anything I ever needed.
