Come bake with me!
Here’s what you’re going to need:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of your favorite chocolate frosting ( I use Betty Crocker whipped sugar free!)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of liquid egg substitute
Start with your frosting, pop that in the microwave for 20-30 seconds depending on your microwave or until it’s completely melted.
Then add in your vanilla and egg and mix well! then add in your dry ingredients!
Grease a muffin tin or ramekin of your choice! And pop into your preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until finished!
OPTIONAL CHOICE!
Pick your favorite low calorie/ low sugar chocolate to pop in the middle before baking to give yourself a little molten lava treat!
That’s it! Once it comes out of the oven let it cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
