Sunday Reset...
I’m taking today to completely reset! Self care is SO IMPORTANT to my mental health.
Today i’ll:
- Sleep longer
- Take a hot shower
- Make myself a good dinner
- Relax
- Meditate
- Write
- Draw
- Paint
- Organize
- Jam to music (every single day!)
- Have a HOT cup of coffee! (if you know you know!)
And anything else I can think of that relaxes me! Don’t forget to treat yourself with just as much kindness and respect as you so freely give to others! Being healthy starts with a healthy mind!
