Sunday Reset...

I’m taking today to completely reset! Self care is SO IMPORTANT to my mental health. 

 

Today i’ll:

  • Sleep longer
  • Take a hot shower
  • Make myself a good dinner
  • Relax
  • Meditate
  • Write
  • Draw
  • Paint
  • Organize
  • Jam to music (every single day!)
  • Have a HOT cup of coffee! (if you know you know!)

 

    And anything else I can think of that relaxes me! Don’t forget to treat yourself with just as much kindness and respect as you so freely give to others! Being healthy starts with a healthy mind!
