🥅🌱 🧠 you have to start by removing 👋🏼 all the #junk from your diet.





 

    If you spend your whole life only focusing on one or some of the things that makes a person healthy then the other things that are essential to recovering and healing will keep being shoved aside and eventually cease to exist in a world that ever knew you! 

 

    Just like everything in life, balance is key to a functioning and healthy mind, body and soul! 

 

    My advice of the day is this!

 

    Don’t waste all of your energy only focusing on one thing, you’ll end up wasting the best parts of your life on nonsense that could have been avoided in the first place. You need to focus on all parts of a healthy mind, body and soul! 

 

    Everything you do is consumable. The internet, the books, the people, the food! You consume it ALL! And if it’s full of drama and negativity, that’s what you’ll eventfully become.
